Judo is a dynamic grappling art that teaches throws, pins, joint locks, and chokes. It’s also been an Olympic sport since 1964, originally founded by Dr. Jigoro Kano in 1882.
Both! Judo is a martial art with rich tradition and also a competitive Olympic sport.
Judo isn’t just about technique. It’s about challenging yourself, building discipline, and developing critical thinking skills while having fun and getting stronger.
