What if I haven't trained in any martial arts before?
No problem! We teach everything you need to know from beginner to black belt and beyond.
What should I wear to class?
Wear something you feel comfortable working out in, like a T-shirt and sweatpants. If you want to participate regularly, we sell judo gis.
How should I prepare for class?
Make sure your fingernails and toenails are short and clean.
Bring flip-flops so you can enter and exit the mat area easily.
Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
How much does it cost?
Your first class is free!
Monthly class fees vary from $50 to $58.

What is Judo?
Judo is a grappling art involving throws, pins, joint locks, strangulation techniques and more.
It is also an olympic sport, and has been since 1964.
The art was founded by Dr. Jigoro Kano in 1882.
